Families return year after year to enjoy the 5 star graded facilities, free admission to Woodlands Family Theme Park and a wealth of beautiful beaches in the local area. The family bathrooms, shower rooms and baby rooms are popular with young families. The generous pitches have safe play space for your little ones and the friendly wardens are always available to offer assistance.
The caravan and camping park is open from 27th March to 1st November 2026.
Camping & Touring
The minimum booking period for Camping & Touring is 2 nights, except during the Whitsun half term (22nd to 29th May 2026) & school summer holiday (23rd July to 30th Aug 2026), when the minimum booking period is 3 nights on the terraced areas. However, stays of 2 nights can still be booked on the informal area.
Glamping
The minimum booking period for Glamping is 2 nights, except during the Easter holidays (2nd to 19th April 2026), Whitsun holiday (22nd to 31st May), early July (3rd to 15th July just on Thurs, Fri, Sat & Sun nights) & school summer holiday (16th July to 2nd Sept), when the minimum booking period is 3 nights. For the Christmas Grotto bookings on weekends in November and December, there are some 1 night bookings available.
With bookings of 2 nights or more, you get FREE entrance to Woodlands Family Theme Park for the DURATION of your stay and also for the whole of the day of departure!
Entry into Woodlands Family Theme Park is from the day of arrival for the duration of your stay, including the day of departure. Please vacate your pitch at 11am or your glamping pod at 10.30am on the day of departure.

The rides not open during these off peak dates are: Watercoasters, Toboggan Run, Pedal Boats, Arctic Gliders, Dune Buggies, Avalanche, Bumper Boats, Nutty’s Treehouse, Jumping Pillow, Safari Adventure Golf.
The Family Theme Park is not open:
