At Woodlands Caravan and Camping we have a minimum two nights stay.
Your booking is from 1pm on the day of arrival to 11am on the day of departure.
This also includes the entry into the Woodlands Family Theme Park from 1.00pm on arrival, then everyday including the whole day of departure**.
**Please note all units wishing to use the Theme Park on the day of departure must, move off the pitch by 11am and park in the Woodlands Family Theme Park visitor car park.
The ride opening times in Woodlands Family Theme Park have changed for 2023.

Unit Size
Please let us know the size of your unit at the time of booking so we can ensure your allocated pitch is suited to your individual unit. For Tents/Trailer tent we need the width and length, for Motorhomes/Caravan we need the Shipping length.
Friends & Family Bookings
If you wish to make bookings for more than one family each booking will need to be booked individually and under each family’s names and addresses. Please make sure you put the other family’s name and postcode in the special request box. We can normally allocate pitches together, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Peak Time Booking Periods:
The minimum booking is normally 2 nights (which includes FREE entrance to Woodlands Leisure Park), except:
During Whitsun holiday (26th May – 2nd June 2023) the minimum booking period is:
- 2 nights for an electric / non electric pitch on our informal area, with pitches on a slope.
- 3 nights for an electric / non electric level terraced pitch.
During the Summer Holidays (21st July – 31st August 2023) the minimum booking period is:
- 2 nights for an electric / non electric pitch on our informal area, with pitches on a slope.
- 3 nights for an electric / non electric level terraced pitch.

Deposit and Balance
A deposit of £50 per week or part week per unit is required at the time of booking. The balance must be paid in full a minimum of 28 days before your arrival date, this can easily be done via your on-line account (if you have booked on-line) or over the phone with a debit or credit card.
Payment is regarded as acceptance of our booking conditions and tariff.
