At Woodlands Caravan and Camping we have a minimum two nights stay.
Your booking is from 1pm on the day of arrival to 11am on the day of departure.
You are welcome to arrive early and enjoy your free entry to the Theme Park before you check in, then everyday including the whole day of departure**.
**Please note all units wishing to use the Theme Park on the day of departure must, move off the pitch by 11am and park in the Woodlands Family Theme Park visitor car park.

Peak Time Booking Periods:
The minimum booking period for Camping & Touring is 2 nights, except during the Whitsun half term (22nd to 31st May 2026) & school summer holiday (3rd July to 6th Sept 2026), when the minimum booking period for camping is 3 nights on the terraced pitches. However, stays of 2 nights can still be booked on the informal area, which has electric and non-electric pitches.
There are discounts in the peak times for stays of 3 nights or more.
Friends & Family Bookings
If you are booking more than one pitch, each booking must be made separately and under each family’s own details. Do not make multiple bookings under the same details. In the special instructions section of each booking, please clearly include the name(s) and postcode(s) of the other family or families you wish to be placed with.
Unit Size
Please let us know the size of your unit at the time of booking so we can ensure your allocated pitch is suited to your individual unit. For Tents/Trailer tent we need the width and length, for Motorhomes/Caravan we need the Shipping length.

If you would prefer to make a booking over the phone, please call us on 01803 712598. Our friendly team are available 7 days a week from 9.00am. We can take payments with a debit or credit card.
Deposit and Balance
A deposit of £75 per week or part week per unit is required at the time of booking. The balance must be paid in full a minimum of 28 days before your arrival date, this can easily be done via your on-line account (if you have booked on-line) or over the phone with a debit or credit card.
Payment is regarded as acceptance of our booking conditions and tariff.

- Dates are as follows:- 27th March to 21st May, 1st June to 2nd July, 7th September to 1st November 2026 *Your whole stay must fall within these dates*
- Input the discount code given upon completion of your Annual Pass purchase.
- All guests booking a Caravan Park pitch must hold a valid annual pass at the time of booking and for the duration of your stay to qualify for the 20% off discount rate. Failure to comply will result in cancellation of the holiday. You are unable to make a booking and receive the discount unless all of your booking party hold a valid annual pass, as we are unable to proportion partial costs for the discount.
- Annual Passes that don’t match will result in termination of your booking.
- Offer is NOT applicable in Tariff B Dates – 22nd May to 31st May | 3rd July to 6th Sept 2026
- Annual pass discount is exclusive to annual pass holders, NOT friends & family that may be visiting during the same period, or part of your booking.
- Applies to caravan & camping stays during Tariff A dates only. Discount cannot be applied to glamping pod stays.
