Glamping Pods
Enjoy the perfect blend of camping and comfort in one of our spacious, open-plan Glamping Pods, sleeping up to 6 guests. Each pod features one double bed and two sofa beds (please note bedding and linen are not provided), along with a microwave, toaster, kettle and mini fridge. You’ll also have a Smart TV, lighting, a small heater and electric sockets for charging phones and other small devices.
Our glamping pods are a fantastic choice for families looking for a fun outdoor experience with a few extra home comforts. We also offer dog-friendly and accessible pod options, making it easy for even more guests to enjoy a Stay & Play adventure at Woodlands.
BRAND NEW Static Caravan Stays
New for Summer 2026, our modern Static Caravans offer the ultimate Stay & Play experience, combining all the comforts of home with an unforgettable family holiday. Choose from our 6-person or 8-person caravans, making them perfect for families and larger groups alike.
Each caravan is fully equipped with comfortable bedrooms, fresh bedding, bed linen and towels, a spacious lounge with a Smart TV, and a fully fitted kitchen complete with an electric oven, microwave combi oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, cookware, crockery and all the everyday essentials you’ll need. Outside, you’ll also have your own private decking with a picnic table – the perfect place to relax after a day of adventure.
At Woodlands Caravan and Camping we have a minimum two nights stay.
You are welcome to arrive earlier and enjoy the Theme Park before you check in, then everyday, including the whole day of departure**.
**Please note if you wish to use the Theme Park on the day of departure you must return the key by your arranged checkout time and park in the Woodlands Family Theme Park visitor car park.

Peak Time Booking Periods:
The minimum booking period for the glamping pods is 2 nights, except during the Easter holidays (2nd to 19th April 2026), Whitsun holiday (22nd to 31st May 2026), early July (3rd to 15th July 2026 just on Thurs, Fri, Sat & Sun nights) & school summer holiday (16th July to 2nd Sept 2026), when the minimum booking period for Glamping is 3 nights. For the Christmas Grotto bookings, there are some 1 night bookings available.
The minimum booking period for a static caravan during the summer holidays is 3 nights from a Friday, 24th July to 6th Sept 2026. From a Monday the minimum stay is 4 nights during the same period.
There are discounts in the peak times for stays of 5 nights or more for glamping pods, or for 4 or 7 nights for static caravans.
Friends & Family Bookings
If you are booking more than one pitch, each booking must be made separately and under each family’s own contact details. Please do not make multiple bookings under the same details. In the special instructions section of each booking, please clearly include the name(s) and postcode(s) of the other family or families you wish to be placed with.

If you would prefer to make a booking over the phone, please call us on 01803 712598. Our friendly team are available 7 days a week from 9.00am. We can take payments with a debit or credit card.
Deposit and Balance
A deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance must be paid in full a minimum of 28 days before your arrival date, this can easily be done via your on-line account (if you have booked on-line) or over the phone with a debit or credit card.
Payment is regarded as acceptance of our booking conditions and tariff.
