We have a mixture of hard-standing and grass pitches available.

Woodlands Family Theme Park Annual Pass holders are entitled to 20% off caravan and camping stays at Woodlands during Tariff A periods.

When booking your stay online, input the discount code provided upon completion of your Annual Pass purchase. You can find this code on your Annual Pass confirmation email. (We will cross check your Annual Pass to confirm you qualify for the discount). A discount of 20% will then be applied to your booking.

What else you may like to bring.

• Cookware, Utensils, Mugs / Glasses, Camping Stove (this must be used outside of the Glamping Pod and off the decking area)
• Travel Cot. One can be added to your booking for £50. We need at least 48 hours’ notice to facilitate this (subject to availability).

The site has dedicated facilities buildings located centrally, here you will find toilets and showers, hair dryers, and washing up areas.

We have a small number of Glamping Pods which will accommodate dogs, each dog will be charged at £10 per dog per night with a maximum of 2 dogs being allowed per booking.

Please add a dog to your booking online or call our reception team to request a dog friendly Glamping Pod. Your dog is not allowed to enter a different Glamping Pod than the one you’ve been allocated. Please think of others by always keeping your dog on a short lead whilst at the Glamping Pod and onsite and by picking up after them. A dog walk area is provided opposite the arrivals bay for exercising without leads if supervised. Dogs are not allowed on the raised bed platform. Dogs are not allowed in the Theme Park. We do have on-site unsupervised kennels available for use. Ask at the entrance kiosk for a padlock for a refundable £15 deposit.

Entrance to Woodlands Family theme Park is included in a 2-night stay or more on our campsite. You have entry to the theme park on the day of arrival, every day during your stay and the day of departure. You need to vacate your Glamping Pod by 10:30 on the day of departure, park in the day visitor’s car park and present your vehicle tag to the Entrance Kiosks to gain entry to the Theme Park.

Each pod has been designed with accessibility in mind. All paths to and from the pods are tarmac / gravel and each one has a ramp to gain access to the decking. Please call our friendly reception team if you require more information on door widths, furniture or anything else accessibility related.

The Glamping Pods and Caravan and Camping site are all in our park. We don’t have pitches directly next to the Glamping Pods. Families that have booked a pitch and a Glamping Pod won’t be next to each other. We try to get you as close as possible, but it will be a few minutes’ walk. Keep in mind, if you have not booked a dog friendly Glamping Pods, dogs are not allowed in.

No, you cannot. The Glamping Pods are located in their own dedicated area. This is still within the main campsite along with the touring and camping pitches, but keep in mind, there will be a short walk between the two.

Yes, you can, however this will need to be parked in our day visitor’s car park free of charge, the Glamping Pod only has one parking space.

Any electrical devices plugged in to the glamping pod need to be low wattage. Higher wattage items like space heaters, hair straighteners and air fryers cannot be used inside the pod.

Please note, there is a heater inside the pod and additional hair dryers in the facilities buildings.

• Check-in: From 3:00pm on the day of arrival.

• Early arrival: If you arrive before 3:00pm, you’re welcome to use the theme park facilities

• Latest arrival: Please arrive by 9:00pm

• Check-out: By 10:30am

• After check-out: You may continue to enjoy the theme park for the day by parking in the day visitor’s car park

Our caravans are fully equipped with the essentials, including bedding, towels, cookware, crockery, cutlery and kitchen appliances, so there’s no need to pack these.

We recommend bringing your clothes, toiletries, food and drinks, along with any personal items you may need during your stay. If you’re travelling with young children, don’t forget any baby essentials you require, such as a travel cot (can be added to your booking for £35) or highchair if needed.

Prepare for thrills! All stays of 2 nights or more include access to Woodlands Family Theme Park, including on departure day. All rides and attractions are included apart from Safari Adventure Golf which is £4.50 for adults and £3.50 for children (seasonal grottos have an additional charge).
