Woodlands Caravan and Camping is the perfect place for your Rally or Group, with a unique combination of high standard facilities and all the attractions of Woodlands Family Theme Park. The Caravan Park has won many of the UK’s national awards for excellent amenities in the beautiful tranquil setting of the superb South Devon countryside.
The caravan and camping park is open from 27th March to 1st November 2026. The minimum booking period is 2 nights. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate Rallies or Play & Stay (Youth Organisation) Camps during the peak periods of Whitsun (half term: 22nd May to 1st June 2026) and the school Summer Holidays (17th July to 7th September 2026). Places may be limited for the early May bank holiday weekend, please ring to check availability before booking a Rally or Camp over that weekend.
With bookings of 2 nights or more, you get FREE entrance to Woodlands Family Theme Park for the DURATION of your stay and also for the whole of the day of departure! Rallies and Play & Stay (Youth Organisation) Camps have the added benefit of remaining on their pitches for the departure day. In addition to rides, there are interesting Falconry displays every day, exotic and farm animals to meet, relaxing walks around the woods and lakes as well as live events to enjoy.
Please note: Some rides are not open during these off-peak weekdays: Mon 20th, Fri 24th & Mon 27th April, Fri 1st May, Tues 5th to Fri 8th May, Mon 11th to Fri 15th May, Mon 18th to Fri 22nd May, Mon 7th, Fri 11th, Mon 14th, Fri 18th, Mon 21st, Fri 25th Sept, Mon 28th Sept, Fri 2nd, Mon 5th, Fri 9th, Mon 12th, Fri 16th, Mon 19th & Fri 23rd Oct 2026. The rides which will normally be closed during these off peak dates are: Watercoasters, Toboggan Run, Pedal Boats, Arctic Gliders, Dune Buggies, Avalanche, Bumper Boats, Nutty’s Treehouse, Jumping Pillow, Safari Adventure Golf (unless sufficient demand and weather suitable).
The Leisure Park is not open: Tues, Wednes & Thurs 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 28th, 29th & 30th April, 8th, 9th, 10th, 15th, 16th, 17th, 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 29th & 30th Sept, 1st, 6th, 7th, 8th, 13th, 14th, 15th, 20th, 21st & 22nd Oct 2026.

Rallies or Family Groups 2026
If you are the leader of a Rally or you have 10 or more families who would like to come camping together, you would qualify for our discounted Rally rate. Your group could be 10 or more units (caravans, motorhomes or tents), staying for 2 nights or more.
For 10 to 20 units the cost is £59.00 per unit, per night.
1 free pitch for the Rally Steward when 11 units are staying.
For 21 units or more the cost is £52.00 per unit, per night.
2 free pitches for Rally Stewards when 23 units are staying.
- A unit consists of a tent, motorhome or caravan and up to 4 people.
- Any units with more than 4 people, extra guests are charged at £10.00 per person, per night.
- Electric Hook-up £14.50 per night.
Please note that children under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate Rallies during Whitsun (May/June half term holiday) and the school summer holidays.
If it is an all-adult rally/group, please ask us about our ‘Adult Mid Week Rallies’ which are for 5 nights from 1pm on Sunday to 11am on Friday at a special midweek price. Minimum 10 units.

Play & Stay (Youth Organisation) Camps 2026
Woodlands Caravan and Camping with its great combination of award-winning facilities and free entry to the Family Theme Park makes a fantastic social weekend or a team building event.
If you are part of a youth organisation and would like to bring your group of 15 or more leaders and children, a Play & Stay Camp is ideal for you. We offer an outstanding discounted rate of £16.50 per person, per night (min 2 night stay) to bona fide youth organisation, such as schools, churches, youth groups, scouting and guiding organisations. Use of an electric hook-up is £14.50 per night. Meals can be purchased when the park is open during the daytime and by prior arrangement food can also be provided in the evenings.
A Play & Stay Camp includes access to all the excellent camping facilities, with hot showers, washing up sinks and laundry, as well as the wide variety of attractions in Woodlands Family Theme Park. All the play equipment and facilities are designed to the highest safety standards.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate Play & Stay Camps during Whitsun (half term: 22nd May to 1st June 2026) and the school Summer Holidays (17th July to 7th September 2026).
