Where are the toilet and shower facilities?

There are centrally located facilities with toilets, showers, hair dryers, private family bathrooms and washing up areas.

Check-in and check-out times?

Check-in from 3pm on Friday and 9am on Saturday (latest arrival 9pm). Check-out by 10:30am

Are the Glamping Pods dog friendly?

Yes! Selected pods are dog friendly (£10/night, max 2 dogs). Dogs are not allowed in the Theme Park, but we have a dog exercise field and kennels.

Can I be next to another booking?

Yes — just enter the other party’s surname/postcode when booking and we’ll do our best to place you next to each other (not guaranteed).

Are the Glamping Pods accessible?

Yes! All pods have tarmac paths and ramps to the decking area for easy access.

What should I bring?

Can I use the theme park for free?

No, theme park and Grotto tickets aren’t included. These must be booked separately. Visit our theme park site for info, and see below ‘How to book your Festive Glamping Pod’ instructions.

🎄 How to Book Your Festive Glamping Pod 🎄

To secure your cosy Christmas Glamping Pod, please start by purchasing your Grotto tickets.

Then, call our reception to book your festive Glamping Pod at 01803 712598.

Subject to availability

Booking Options:

  • ❄️ Two-night stays (Friday to Sunday) perfect for a magical holiday weekend.
  • ☃️ One-night stays (Saturday to Sunday) subject to availability. Bonus: you can check in from 9am on Saturday to start your Christmas celebrations early!

🎅 Remember, even if you’ve booked a two-night stay, all guests must have a valid Theme Park entry ticket that includes a visit to the Grotto.
