At Woodlands Caravan and Camping we have a minimum two nights stay.
Your booking is from 3pm on the day of arrival to 10:30am on the day of departure.
You are welcome to arrive earlier and enjoy the Theme Park before you check in., then everyday including the whole day of departure**.
**Please note if you wish to use the Theme Park on the day of departure you must return the key by 10:30am and park in the Woodlands Family Theme Park visitor car park.
The ride opening times in Woodlands Family Theme Park have changed for 2026.

Glamping Pods
Spacious, open-plan Glamping Pod sleeping up to 6 guests. Each pod includes one double bed and two sofa beds (bedding and linen not provided), along with a microwave, toaster, kettle and mini fridge. The pod is equipped with a small heater, lighting, TV, and electric sockets for charging phones and small devices.
Peak Time Booking Periods:
The minimum booking period for Glamping is 2 nights, except during the Easter holidays (2nd to 19th April 2026), Whitsun holiday (22nd to 31st May), early July (3rd to 15th July just on Thurs, Fri, Sat & Sun nights) & school summer holiday (16th July to 2nd Sept), when the minimum booking period for Glamping is 3 nights. For the Christmas Grotto bookings, there are some 1 night bookings available.
There are discounts in the peak times for stays of 5 nights or more for Glamping
Friends & Family Bookings
If you are booking more than one pitch, each booking must be made separately and under each family’s own details. Do not make multiple bookings under the same details. In the special instructions section of each booking, please clearly include the name(s) and postcode(s) of the other family or families you wish to be placed with.

Telephone Bookings
If you would prefer to make a booking over the phone, please call us on 01803 712598. Our friendly team are available 7 days a week from 9.00am. We can take payments with a debit or credit card.
Deposit and Balance
A deposit of £100 per week or part week per unit is required at the time of booking. The balance must be paid in full a minimum of 28 days before your arrival date, this can easily be done via your on-line account (if you have booked on-line) or over the phone with a debit or credit card.
Payment is regarded as acceptance of our booking conditions and tariff.
